I am a strategic leader in experiential marketing and creative direction, with over a decade of experience shaping high-impact brand experiences. My work sits at the intersection of storytelling, partnership strategy, and execution: where creative vision is translated into experiences that move people and deliver business value. I lead cross-functional teams from concept through delivery, bringing clarity, judgment, and intention to complex programs and live environments.

Early Career & Entrepreneurial Foundation
I entered the experiential industry in 2013 across luxury weddings, non-profit fundraisers, catering sales, and event design. These environments, where emotion, expectation, and detail matter deeply, shaped my understanding of how people move through experiences and built a foundation in client service, visual storytelling, and operational rigor.
During this period, I founded Grice Grove, a direct-to-consumer gifting brand, owning brand direction, marketing, partnerships, and customer experience end to end. This work was an early expression of my instinct for building brands that connect personally and scale intentionally.
SCALING HIGH-STAKES EXPERIENCES 
I spent five years with the Atlanta Braves, ultimately serving as Senior Manager of Event Operations & Services during a period of rapid growth. I built and led the Event Services function through large-scale initiatives, including the 2021 World Series season, operating in a high-visibility, high-pressure environment that required strong judgment, coordination, and execution at scale.
My work spanned creative development and end-to-end delivery of premium experiences for corporate partners, premium ticket holders, luxury travel programs, and fundraising initiatives. These programs were designed to balance emotional impact with operational discipline, delivering white-glove service while supporting long-term partnership value and measurable business outcomes.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP & Strategic partnerships 
In 2023, I joined emc3, a global creative events agency, as Lead Producer, leading globally distributed, cross-functional teams to concept, design, and deliver high-impact B2B experiences across multiple markets. I worked with brands including TikTok, HP, Retail Global, and SaaStr, playing a central role in setting creative direction, shaping program narratives, and translating brand objectives into cohesive, audience-driven experiences.
Following this work, I joined Brand Apart, where I led strategic account and experiential direction for partner-facing programs with organizations including Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-A, and Trilith Studios. My role focused on operating upstream in the creative process, aligning creative ambition with operational feasibility, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and guiding teams toward work that was intentional, resonant, and durable.
