I am a strategic leader in experiential marketing, creative direction, and event production with over a decade of experience driving brand impact through bold, insight-led experiences and end-to-end program leadership. I specialize in leading cross-functional teams, shaping narratives that resonate, and delivering high-caliber work that bridges creative vision and business strategy. I thrive at the intersection of concept development, storytelling, and execution - bringing ideas to life from the earliest spark through to final experience.
Early Career & Entrepreneurial Foundation
My passion for creating connection through experience began early - planning birthday parties for my sisters evolved into a career rooted in storytelling and experience design. I officially stepped into the industry in 2013, working across luxury weddings, non-profit fundraisers, catering sales, and event design. These formative years built my foundation in client service, visual storytelling and detail-driven experience design, and operational excellence. During that time, I also launched Grice Grove, an e-commerce gifting brand - an early expression of my entrepreneurial mindset and instinct for brand-building.
SCALING HIGH-STAKES EXPERIENCES
From there, I spent five years with the Atlanta Braves, ultimately serving as Senior Manager of Event Operations & Services. I built and led the Event Services team through a range of large-scale initiatives, including the 2021 World Series season - a high-growth period that sharpened my leadership, stakeholder management, and large-venue production skills.
My work included creative development and end-to-end production of elevated experiences for premium ticketholders, corporate partners, luxury travel programs, and high-impact fundraising events - all designed to deliver white-glove service, emotional connection, and measurable ROI.
CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
In 2023, I joined emc3, a global creative agency, as Lead Producer. I led globally distributed, cross-functional teams to concept, design, and deliver high-impact B2B events across multiple markets for brands including HP, Retail Global, SaaStr, and TikTok. I played a central role in setting creative direction, shaping program narratives, and translating brand objectives into emotionally resonant experiences that sparked connection and drove results.
PURPOSE-DRIVEN STRATEGY
Today, I bring that same creative and strategic lens to Brand Apart, a brand experience agency, where I lead initiatives that bridge creative vision with operational excellence. I partner with purpose-driven organizations - including Chick-fil-A and Coca-Cola - to transform complexity into clarity, leading vision setting, creative strategy, concept development, and large-scale production with intention and impact.
