Dinner on the Diamond, 2019

What was once a rubber-chicken dinner with two bottles of table wine became a fully reimagined, immersive cultural experience under my creative direction. In partnership with the newly appointed Executive Director of the Braves Foundation, I led the full concept, design, stakeholder alignment, and execution of the annual Bravesfest Gala - transforming it into a celebration of Atlanta’s creative spirit, player connection, and fan culture. Inspired by museum spaces, street art, and nightlife, we built a custom silent auction gallery, created oversized photo activations for intimate fan moments, and curated interactive installations throughout. A large-scale live painter captured key scenes from the 2019 season in real time. Guests could roll cigars with Freddie Freeman, guest-DJ with Dansby Swanson, mix cocktails with Ronald Acuña Jr., and bid on neon signage made from actual player signatures. Jermaine Dupri headlined the night, the dance floor lit up, and every detail was designed to spark joy, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

What began as a simple décor request quickly became one of my favorite creative challenges of the 2021 World Series run. I concepted and led the design of elevated, on-brand environments across our premium hospitality spaces - reimagining how team identity could show up in physical form. A favorite moment: integrating Joc Pederson’s now-iconic pearl necklace into sculptural balloon installations and layered visual decor, turning a cultural spark into a signature design motif. I also created a custom “pearl wall” in one of our premium spaces - a playful, shareable tribute that let fans join in Joc’s pearl-wearing energy. From kids to grandpas, everyone was decked out in pearls a detail that turned into a viral, feel-good fan moment rooted in joy, connection, and creativity. We rounded it out with interactive photo activations designed for emotional resonance and shareable impact.

Savannah & Josh | Atlanta History Center, 2016 A career-defining editorial wedding designed with full creative direction and production oversight. From bespoke envelope liners to immersive guest touchpoints and on-site catering leadership, every detail was executed at a high level — earning a print feature in The Knot Georgia and setting the tone for my future in experiential design.

Rebekah & Drew | Pebble Hill, 2016 Set against the historic grounds of Pebble Hill in Thomasville, Georgia, this fall wedding was designed to reflect the couple’s timeless Southern aesthetic through a richly layered palette and elevated classic details. With inspiration rooted in sophistication, tradition, and texture, the event featured deep marsala florals, magnolia leaves, and manicured boxwood woven throughout the ceremony and reception design. Custom lighting played a central role in transforming the venue — adding warmth and atmosphere across key guest moments.
