What was once a rubber-chicken dinner with two bottles of table wine became a fully reimagined, immersive cultural experience under my creative direction. In partnership with the newly appointed Executive Director of the Braves Foundation, I led the full concept, design, stakeholder alignment, and execution of the annual Bravesfest Gala - transforming it into a celebration of Atlanta’s creative spirit, player connection, and fan culture. Inspired by museum spaces, street art, and nightlife, we built a custom silent auction gallery, created oversized photo activations for intimate fan moments, and curated interactive installations throughout. A large-scale live painter captured key scenes from the 2019 season in real time. Guests could roll cigars with Freddie Freeman, guest-DJ with Dansby Swanson, mix cocktails with Ronald Acuña Jr., and bid on neon signage made from actual player signatures. Jermaine Dupri headlined the night, the dance floor lit up, and every detail was designed to spark joy, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.
